personal brand photography
The best brand photographs happen when you stop performing for the camera.
That’s the part I’m good at.

The thing nobody tells you about brand photography
Most people arrive on set with some version of the same thought: I don’t know how to do this. You’ll direct me, right? I look terrible in front of a camera.
Every single time.
And every single time, when that same person looks at the LCD screen on my camera, more often than not I hear — oh my god, I look good.
That’s not luck, magic, or camera voodoo. That’s the result of showing up prepared, asking the right questions before we ever pick up a camera, and creating enough ease on the day that the real you shows up before you’ve even noticed.
Your only job is to show up as the confident professional I already know you are. I’ll coach you through the rest.
Think of what we’re building as your visual wardrobe — the core pieces you’ll reach for again and again.
What Kind of Session Is Right For You?
The first question I always ask is: how and where do you want to use your images?
Because the answer changes everything — the location, the styling, the stories we capture, how long we shoot. Most clients are surprised by all the places good brand imagery can work for them once we start talking it through.
Generally it comes down to two approaches. Either way, every image we make together is a piece your brand will wear for years.
Personal branding
For the entrepreneur who want images that tell the full story. Working with clients, behind the scenes, office moments, the texture of how you actually do business. Planned carefully — location, wardrobe, hair and makeup, because when it’s done right it shows.
(lifestyle) portraits
For the professional who needs a strong, versatile collection of headshots. A well-executed session in a setting that feels natural to you — enough images to carry you through the next year or two without having to think about it again.

Personal Branding VS lifestyle portraits
What’s the difference and which one do you need?
Personal branding
Personal branding goes beyond a great portrait. It’s about capturing the texture of how you actually work — the client meetings, the focused desk moments, the behind-the-scenes details that show not just who you are but how you do what you do.
Every element is considered before we ever arrive on location. Props, wardrobe, setting, light — all chosen to tell a specific story. The result is a cohesive collection of images that works across every corner of your brand, from your website to your social feed to your speaking slides.
(lifestyle) Portraits
A really great portrait — captured in a setting that feels natural to you rather than in front of a plain backdrop, unless of course that’s your brand vision. Versatile enough to use everywhere, polished enough to make a strong first impression every time.
Perfect for the professional who knows exactly what she needs and wants a well-executed session without the full production planning of a brand shoot.
Ready to show your clients
Who You truly are?

how it all happens:
1st / the discovery call
Before we ever pick up a camera, we talk. We uncover what makes your brand distinctly yours — the message, the locations, the wardrobe, the props that tell your story without trying too hard. Nothing is left to chance.
2nd / the prepwork
This is where most photographers go quiet. I don’t. Between our call and shoot day we work through the details together — locations are usually my department, but wardrobe, props and styling are a collaboration. Send me cell phone snaps of outfit options, things you’ve found, ideas you’ve been saving. I’ll tell you honestly what works and what to leave in the closet.
If your session calls for hair and makeup — and many do — I can help coordinate a stylist. It’s not included in the session investment but it’s worth every penny for the confidence it brings on shoot day.
3rd / shoot day
We start with styling — wardrobe, props, the details that pull everything together. Then we get to work. I’ll direct you through every moment so you never have to wonder what to do with your hands.
4th / your images
We live in an instant world — and yes, I wish I could hand you a finished gallery on the way to your car. The edit is where good images become great ones though. Your proofing gallery will be ready within one to two weeks. Worth every day of the wait.
